This
composition has the bells reversed in 5-6 without recourse to bobs
before with 4th, 5th and 6th exclusively in 6ths place, and is believed to be the first peal rung on this plan. It was also the first peal of Superlative on the bells, and the first Surprise peal by all except the ringers of the treble and 4th. The conductor has now called a peal in a difierent method from each bell in this tower. |
